How to: Participate in a presentation conference as a part of the audience.
Solution:
Select the 'Audience' radio button, in the 'Presentation Conference Wizard' dialog box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Presentation Conference...'. (The Presentation Conference Wizard introduction dialog box appears.)
2) Select the 'Audience' radio button.

3) Click 'Next'. (The final Presentation Conference Wizard dialog box appears.)
4) Click 'Finish'. (The Presentation Conference Wizard connects the audience computer with the presenter's computer over the network.)
